Influencer Agreement – Jewelry Collaboration

1. Purpose

This Agreement governs a promotional collaboration between the Brand and the Influencer. The goal is to showcase Reymey’s jewelry through authentic, creative social media content.

2. Deliverables

• Purchase one jewelry product from Amazon.com using their own funds.
• Create and post original content (images or videos) featuring the product on Instagram and TikTok.
• Include a custom tracking link (provided by the Brand) in the caption or bio. This allows the Brand to measure campaign performance.
• Clearly disclose the nature of the collaboration using FTC-compliant hashtags (e.g., #gifted, #ad, #sponsored).
• Submit Venmo, PayPal, or other reimbursement app ID to receive product reimbursement.

Note: While not required, the Influencer is encouraged to leave an honest review on Amazon. Reviews from verified purchases may be labeled accordingly.

3. Compensation

Once all Deliverables are completed, the Brand will reimburse the full purchase amount (including tax and shipping) via the selected payment method. No additional compensation is due unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Tracking & Performance

Influencers will receive a unique, trackable link to the Amazon product page. This link must be used in the relevant social media posts.

5. Rights & Usage

The Influencer retains full ownership of their content. Both Brand and Influencer grant each other a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost or share the content. Usage includes digital marketing, social media, and websites, with appropriate credit.

6. Not a Job or Advertisement

This agreement does not establish an employment relationship. It is a collaborative project between the Brand and an independent creator.

7. Term & Termination

This agreement concludes upon content delivery and reimbursement. Either party may terminate early; however, incomplete Deliverables may void reimbursement.

8. Agreement & Acceptance

By emailing or messaging the Brand with the phrase “I agree to the Influencer Terms and Conditions”, the Influencer confirms they have read and agreed to this Agreement.
