Limited Warranty (Workmanship & Materials)
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Reymey (“Reymey,” “we,” “us,” “our”) to the original retail purchaser (“you,” “your”) of eligible jewelry purchased directly from www.reymey.com or an authorized Reymey sales channel.
1) Warranty Coverage
We warrant that your Reymey jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date your order is delivered (“Warranty Period”).
Examples of covered issues (when caused by a manufacturing defect):
- Structural breakage or cracking not caused by impact/misuse
- Clasp/hinge/post failure due to workmanship
- Stones falling out due to setting failure
- Defects in soldering, assembly, or component integrity
2) What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, surface abrasion, or minor bends
- Tarnish/oxidation or changes in finish due to normal exposure to air, moisture, perfumes, lotions, sweat, or cleaning chemicals
- Plating wear or color changes over time from normal use (including gold plating), unless the wear is unusually rapid and determined by us to be a workmanship defect
- Accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, neglect, or excessive force/impact
- Damage caused by water exposure, harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or improper cleaning
- Loss, theft, or items altered, resized, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Reymey
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers or secondhand purchases
3) Our Remedy (What We Will Do)
If we confirm a covered defect during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace the item with the same item (or a comparable item of equal value if the original is unavailable), or
- Issue store credit or a refund in limited cases where repair/replacement is not feasible.
All remedies are limited to the original purchase price paid (excluding duties/taxes where applicable), unless otherwise required by law.

7) No Other Warranties
This Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Reymey. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you.
