Returns

We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the guidelines below apply.

USA & Canada

  • Free returns are available if initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.

Worldwide (International)

  • Returns are accepted if initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.

  • We will provide a return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund once the return is processed.


Return & Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.

  2. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging, with all included materials (boxes, pouches, inserts, tags, etc.).

  3. Items must be free from scratches, marks, dents, odors, residue, or any other damage.

  4. If an item is returned not in original condition, the refund will be reduced to reflect any loss in value, damage, cleaning, or restoration required.

Important: Returned items remain your responsibility until received and inspected by our team. We recommend packaging items securely to avoid damage in transit.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@reymey.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A brief reason for the return (helps us improve)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if paid) are not refundable unless required by law.

  • For international returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as stated above.

  • Any duties/taxes paid to your local customs authority are non-refundable by us.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items (if marked as such)

  • Gift cards

  • Special/custom orders (if applicable)


Buy with Prime Returns (If Applicable)

If your order was placed via Buy with Prime, returns must be initiated through the Buy with Prime order confirmation email and processed according to Buy with Prime’s return flow.
