THE ARTISAN COLLABORATION

Creating a handmade bag requires two distinct skill sets:
1. Block-printing artisan: Creates the pattern, controls color, ensures visual beauty
2. Bag construction specialist: Assembles panels, adds structure, ensures durability

Both artisans are masters. Both contribute essential expertise. The final bag is the result of their collaboration.

THE BLOCK-PRINTING ARTISAN'S WORK

Pattern Planning: Determining which blocks go where on which panels
Fabric Preparation: Washing and stretching cotton canvas
Block Printing: Stamping patterns onto flat fabric panels (8-10 hours of focused work)
Dye Setting: Heat-setting colors, washing to remove excess, final inspection

The printing artisan works alone, in focused silence. Each stamp requires attention—one misalignment disrupts the entire pattern.

Shipping:

1. USA & Canada:
a. Free shipping, Secured and Insured

2. Worldwide:
a. Free for orders totaling above $750 USD
b. Orders below $750 will incur standard nominal shipping charges
c. All shipments are secured and insured.

Returns:

1. USA and Canada:
a. Free returns within 30 days of order shipping

2. Worldwide:
a. Returns accepted within 30 days of order shipping.
b. Return labels will be provided and shipping amount deducted from final refund

Return & Refunds Condition:

1. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of order shipment
2. All items must be unworn, in original packaging and free from any scratches, marks or any other form of damage.
3. If items are not retuned in original condition, final refund amount will reflect the damage to the item

Duties & Taxes:

1. For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country and product value. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount.

2. Please note: Some carriers may charge brokerage or clearance fees in addition to government duties and taxes. These fees are also the customer’s responsibility.

3. Foreign Transaction Fees: Your bank may charge international transaction fees for orders placed from outside the United States. These fees are charged by your financial institution and are not controlled by Reymey.
