THE TANZANITE FACTOR

Tanzanite's pleochroism (color-shift property) means these earrings look different depending on:
- Lighting (natural vs. artificial)
- Angle (front-facing vs. profile)
- Movement (static vs. in motion)

This isn't a flaw—it's the magic. Your earrings look different at noon than at sunset. Different in photos than in person. Different when you move than when you're still.

Color Orientation:  Tanzanite has the color-shifting properties, so during setting, our jewelers orient each stone to show its best face-up color—maximizing the blue-violet color.

Weight Matching: Despite different gemstone compositions, both earrings must weigh exactly the same for comfortable wear. This requires precise calculation and adjustment during construction.

a. Free for orders totaling above $750 USD
b. Orders below $750 will incur standard nominal shipping charges
c. All shipments are secured and insured.

Returns:

1. USA and Canada:
a. Free returns within 30 days of order shipping

2. Worldwide:
a. Returns accepted within 30 days of order shipping.
b. Return labels will be provided and shipping amount deducted from final refund

Return & Refunds Condition:

1. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of order shipment
2. All items must be unworn, in original packaging and free from any scratches, marks or any other form of damage.
3. If items are not retuned in original condition, final refund amount will reflect the damage to the item

Duties & Taxes:

1. For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country and product value. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount.
